Old Boys elected to bat and contributions through their innings amassed 208, but only used up 36 of their 50 overs. Solid bowling, saw return of 1-52 M Bryne; 4-66 M Ozair; 3-45 A Turner and maiden 2-22 from Ronan Sheehan.
64 overs to chase 208 looked a comfortable test. 1st ball duck from Reece Fletcher wasn’t the start Manor wanted, however, Warwickshire U12 Sohail Malvernkar took up the mantle to guide the top order, scoring 69 himself, fifties for A Singh (57) and vice skipper Mark Christian (52 no) as Manor polished off the required total in just 35 overs.
